It is Fearn airfield, HMS Owl (Royal Navy) - closed in 1946

Looks like a WWII airbase. There are dozens of these scattered throughout England and Scotland. Some are still active for military or commerical use. Others are abandoned with concrete in place. Others have had the concrete removed but the outline of the runways can still be clearly seen thru the overlying vegetation.
