Really great coincidence!
It should be so: This is just one plane which was photographed three times (but more shots as there are also the shadows). The plane was taking off and the "camera" plane, whose speed was slightly lower, flew over. Than, observe that there are three images of plane and four shadows! Here a shadow always surpasses the plane. So: the first shot captured only the first shadow (the plane is still outside of the frame). The second shot took also a shadow without the plane. The third captured both the plane and its shadow, the fourth-the same situation, and the fifth one - only the plane, as the plane flew more rapidly and the shadow went already outside of the frame.
One can see also "two planes" in USA, where the same effect can be observed
